Client-Initiated Cancellations<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f34843c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f34843c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Clients may request to cancel any service or project by providing written notice to <\/span><a href=\"mailto:contact@greyminutes.top\"><b>hello@codener.com<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upon cancellation, <\/span><b>no refunds will be issued<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, regardless of project stage or payment status.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This policy applies to all payments made, including but not limited to:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Upfront deposits<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Milestone payments<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Full project payments<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monthly or annual service subscriptions<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Any work completed up to the date of cancellation will remain the sole property of Codener until the full and final payment is received.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If a project is paused or canceled due to lack of communication from the client for <\/span><b>14 consecutive business days<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Codener reserves the right to terminate the project, with no refunds issued.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b9549d1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b9549d1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Codener-Initiated Cancellations<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-04ef409 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"04ef409\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Codener reserves the right to cancel any project or service under the following circumstances:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Non-compliance with our terms of service<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Repeated failure to provide required inputs or feedback<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Abusive or unprofessional conduct toward our team<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Requests that violate applicable laws, ethical standards, or platform guidelines<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In such cases, <\/span><b>no refunds will be issued<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and Codener is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the cancellation.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1705ef5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1705ef5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Ongoing Services (Maintenance, Hosting, Retainers, Subscriptions)<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4b2002b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4b2002b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For ongoing or subscription-based services, a <\/span><b>15-day advance written notice<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is required for cancellation before the next billing cycle.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancellations requested after the start of a billing cycle will be processed for the next cycle. <\/span><b>No partial or pro-rated refunds<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> will be issued.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Failure to pay on time may result in automatic suspension or termination of services without further notice.<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5b75720 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5b75720\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. Ownership and Deliverables on Cancellation<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aa4de37 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"aa4de37\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the event of a cancellation, all source files, designs, and code created by Codener remain the intellectual property of Codener unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Transfer of any completed work or assets will be done only after full and final settlement of all outstanding invoices.<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a03bcca elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a03bcca\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5.
